Library
Introduction
The RPSCET library system consists of a central library which supports the teaching, research and extension programmer of the institute. All students, Faculty members and employees of the institute are entitled to make use of the library facilities on taking membership. The library has a huge collection of books on engineering, Science, Humanities & as well as various journals magazines & newspapers are also subscribed. It was initially set up in 2008.
Library Computerization
The library uses Libsys software package which is an integrated multi-user library management system that supports all in house operations of the library. The Libsys consists of modules on acquisition, cataloguing, circulation, Serials, articles indexing and Opac. Retrospective conversion of bibliographic records under and will be available for access through the Libsys Opac. Records of all the library patrons have also been created in Libsys package.
Bar Code –Based Circulation System
The Libsys package has been successfully implemented for the circulation activities. All faculty, staff and students members have been migrated to the new computerized circulations system. The package has also been implemented for acquisition and cataloguing activities.
Collection
The library subscribes to 42 current journals. The library has a rich collection of books on science and technology including chemistry, mathematics, physics, computer science, electronics engineering & mechanical engineering. Besides, library also has a good collection in the area of humanities and social science. Collection having separate collection codes mentioned below:-
The total strength of the library staff is 5 including Incharge of the library.
Membership Renewal
The bar code shall remain valid for the period indicated on I D card.
Loss of Bar Coded Patron Card
The loss of bar –coded I D card should be reported to the library Incharge. Duplicate bar-coded I D card can be issued, after depositing 50/-Rs.
Xerox Service
The Xeroxing facility is available in the library. The rates for Xeroxing are as following.
The book –bank is provided to all B.Tech Students.

Computer Lab
The Institute has an air-conditioned Computer Lab for student. The lab holds many personal computers & 1 powerful server. Students may use the lab to do project work or research, generate print output, and to practice using software applications commonly found in the workplace. A internet connection is also available in Computer Lab. A lab monitor is available to assist students with computer related issues.
Physics Lab
Rao Pahlad Institute of Engineering & Technology has well equipped Physics ce lab where students can increase their practical knowledge. Physics lab is full of all types of latest equippments as per requirement.
Chemistry Lab
The Lab is equipped with various models different type of apparatus testing materials. Our physical chemistry Bio technology Laboratories have all the equipment in sufficient quantity so that each pupil teacher can perform his practical individually.
Mechanical Lab
The Mechanical department of this college has established various laboratories equipped with modern equipments such as mechanical engineering workshop, fluid mechanics lab. Thermodynamics Lab, production engineering lab and CAD/CAM Lab.
Sports Facility
We @RPS strongly believe that games are important not only to keep a person mentally and physically fit, but also to spread a feeling of co-operation, unity and healthy competition. Here a great emphasis is laid down on providing on-campus indoor and outdoor sports facilities to the students. These facilities include Badminton, volleyball, Cricket, Football and a number of other activities

Located at 8 km on the Satnali Road, the college is easily accessible by public transport. Additionally college Bus services are provided to Rewari, Kosli, Ateli, Narnaul, Dadri & Loharu. The college is accessible by rail, nearest railway station in being Mhendergarh.

Style
A traditional residence hall that accommodates approximately 280 students which is a short walk from RPS's administrative and classroom buildings. Bedrooms are located off a central corridor. There are two large shared restroom areas located on each floor.
